Shipping Policy

We wil ship within continental North America 3-5 days of your order when in stock. Order will deliver within 3-5 days of shipping. Shipping fees are calculated and shown with each order during checkout when a shipping address is provided.

Return Policy

Refunds within 30 days are available if you are not satisfied with the product. Return authorization is required in advance from Violette Guitars and shipping charges to Violette Guitars (Toronto, ON, CA) and any damages will be dedicated from the refund.
